Spaghetti is a long, thin, solid, cylindrical pasta. Spaghetti is an Italian staple.
Fettuccine is a flat, thick pasta.
Linguine is similar to fettuccine, but rounder in shape and the width is smaller.
Bucatini is very similar to Spaghetti, but it has a hole that runs through the center.
Angel Hair is a very thin pasta, similar to the shape of Spaghetti.
Pappardelle are very broad and flat.

Penne is a cylinder-shaped pasta, their ends cut at a bias.
Mezze Penne have the same shape and cut as Penne, but are half the size.
Garganelli is a small, flat sheet of pasta that is rolled into a cylinder-shape.
Gigli are shaped like a cone, with a ruffled edge.
Fusilli are formed in a cork screw shape.
Cavatelli are small pasta shells. Two sizes available, thin or wide cut.
Our specialty pastas are pastas typically made by hand.
Fregola Sarda is pasta dough rolled into small balls and toasted in the oven. This pasta originated in Sardinia, Italy.
Our Minestrina cudes are small pieces of pasta, cut in cubes, great for soups and broth dishes.
Ravioli is similar to a dumpling, made from thin pasta then stuffed with your choice of filling. We recommend Ricotta and Spinach Ravioli. (prices may vary depending on filling)
Tortelloni are ring shaped pasta, stuffed with your choice of filling. We recommend Butternut Squash Tortellini. (prices may vary depending on filling)
Our Sicilian Couscous is made from crushed semolina and water that is dried slowly. We recommend cooking it and then adding a meat or fish stew on top.
We can add color and flavor to any pasta of your choice, using natural ingredients such as vegetables and spices. We recommend color from spinach or beets, and flavors from mushrooms or black squid ink. The possibilities are endless!
Our bread loafs are made fresh when you order.
Filone is a long and thin yeast loaf.
Pagnotta is a bigger loaf with a soft, spongy inside and a thicker, darker crust. Perfect for bruschetta.
Focaccia is a flat bread similar to pizza dough.
All of our pasta is made fresh daily using two ingredients, semolina flour and water. Our Prices are based per LB. Fresh pasta only available for local orders. There will be a delivery fee of $20 added to any order under $200. To book our food truck for your next event, please contact us below.
